2010-2012
These drawings are a continuation of my Bachelor of Fine Arts thesis work. They were created in the two years between my undergraduate and graduate education. I had an obsession with Europe in high school. After taking over three thousand photographs when studying abroad in London, I had a plenty of source material. This work became more formally driven since I worked in a small corner of my room and were incredibly time consuming. I was drawn to the subject matter because of my tendency to romanticize the past.
